If you do not agree with our TOS, please do not use this service. By using and continuing to use PrepStar AI, you implicitly agree to our terms of services.

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through our Prepstar AI, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.

We may employ the use of third party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Sharing accounts and/or subscriptions across multiple persons or users unless explicitly allowed in some manner or form is not permitted and may result in the termination of account.

Disclaimer

We hope to see you succeed. However, we cannot and do not guarantee any results arising out of the use of PrepStar AI. It is not warranted that PrepStar AI will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted/error free. All express and implied warranties or conditions not stated in this Agreement (including without limitation, loss of profits, loss or corruption of data, business interruption or loss of contracts), so far as such exclusion or disclaimer is permitted under the applicable law are excluded and expressly disclaimed. This Agreement does not affect your statutory rights.

Responsibility of generated results

We take no responsibility and assume no liability for content you or any third party generate on or through this service either via question generation features or explanation/clarification text box inputs. You shall not download or extract the questions in any manner and redistribute materials obtained through this service in any way or manner, except you may share your use of this service, however, for marketing or outreach reasons.
